Heatlogs are extruded 100% wood fuel logs, made from the waste products of environmentally friendly saw mills.
Normally these waste products such as sawdust & off-cuts are either burnt or buried in landfill. In Heatlogs they are recycled into a unique, efficient fuel that radiates more heat than coal or ordinary timber.
Heaters burn more completely and cleanly than other fires, leaving only a very small, fine ash deposit.
Increasing use of Heatloags all over the world is contributing to a reduction in both the use of fossil fuels and the cutting down of natural hardwood forests.
Where to burn Heatloags
Heatlogs burn equally well in open fires, stoves, boilers and cookers because of their very low moisture content. They light easily with kindling wood or firelighters and burn longer if you reduce the draught to a minimum. The quick heat and log flame of Heatlogs makes them particularly good for back boilers and cookers. The also burn well in conjunction with coal, ordinary timber and high quality smokeless fuels.
