Skip Hire Made Simple
Whether you need one-off skip hire or a skip permanently located at your premises, we can help. With a range of skip sizes to choose from, plus competitive prices, at LSPS we make it easy and affordable to hire a skip. Unlike other waste collection options, using a skip means you won’t need to separate your waste, as we operate our own waste transfer station, where materials are sorted and where possible, recycled. So, you can save time and money by placing all of your waste in one skip.
Choosing The Best Skip Size
At LSPS, we offer both commercial and domestic skip hire, with a range of sizes to choose from. By working out how much waste you will have, you can ensure that you hire the right skip to suit your needs. When you’re choosing the best skip for you, consider the amount and type of waste you’ll need it for as this will help you with the correct size and help you avoid overloading your skip.
Our online booking system has more detail on skip sizes and how much waste each skip can hold. Alternatively, for extra help selecting the correct size, contact our team and we will be happy to recommend the right option.
Skip Delivery For Small Work Areas
We have a specialist vehicle that can deliver and pick up skips at locations where space may be limited. With our specialist vehicle we can deliver up to 8 yard skips. So don’t worry if you think the area is tight as we will be able to get a skip to you, all we need is a 7ft 8inch width.

How To Get A Skip Hire Permit
If your skip has to be placed on the road or highway (including the verge) you will require a permit. To save you time and hassle, we can complete all the necessary paperwork and apply to your local council for a permit on your behalf. Typically, it can take around five working days for a permit to be issued and all councils charge for skip hire permits.
If you live in a built up urban area and don’t have room for a skip, ask about our ‘Wait & Load’ service. We’ll bring a skip to you, wait while you load it, then take your waste away.
